Domperidone labelling already warns about a small increased risk of irregular heart rhythms or sudden cardiac death...especially in patients over age 60 or on doses over 30 mg/day.

But now the list of high-risk patients is growing...and domperidone will be contraindicated in certain patients to improve safety.
