Kynmobi (apomorphine) sublingual film will be a new option for "off" episodes in Parkinson's disease.

It will be used "on demand"...when symptoms (tremor, etc) return between carbidopa/levodopa doses, especially as Parkinson's progresses.

Expect it to be saved for when dose adjustments of carbidopa/levodopa don't help...
