Hoechst Marion Roussel is introducing a new antiemetic, Anzemet (dolasetron).

Anzemet is a serotonin antagonist...very similar to Zofran (ondansetron) and Kytril (granisetron).

These drugs have similar efficacy...for nausea and vomiting from chemotherapy or surgery.
