Crystaal is now marketing a new once-daily beta-blocker for hypertension called Monocor (bisoprolol).

It's the first bisoprolol product in Canada. Bisoprolol is marketed in the U.S. under the brand name Zebeta.

Bisoprolol is a cardioselective beta-blocker...similar to atenolol (Tenormin) or metoprolol (Lopresor).
