Tamiflu (oseltamivir) and Relenza (zanamivir) can reduce flu transmission by as much as 90%. In fact, Tamiflu is now approved in the U.S. for prevention in patients 13 and older.

These neuraminidase inhibitors are better tolerated and more effective than amantadine. Plus, there's less risk of rapid resistance developing with Relenza or Tamiflu.
