There's new concern that NSAIDs might increase the risk of miscarriage...if taken around the time of conception.

NSAIDs inhibit prostaglandin synthesis. This might interfere with the implantation of an embryo.

Advise most women to avoid NSAIDs while trying to conceive...and throughout pregnancy. Suggest acetaminophen instead.
