Canadians will soon be able to get the new Gardasil vaccine.

Gardasil protects against four types of human papillomavirus (HPV) to prevent cervical cancer and genital warts.

Two of these types, 16 and 18, cause about 70% of all cervical cancer...the other two, 6 and 11, cause 90% of cases of genital warts.
