A new study suggests that a combination of OTC pain relievers is better than Imitrex (sumatriptan) for treating acute migraines.

This may be true for some patients...but definitely not all.

Researchers tested acetaminophen 500 mg, aspirin 500 mg, and caffeine 130 mg. This is equivalent to two tablets of Excedrin Migraine...a product only sold in the U.S.
