Health Canada is advising NOT to use Tequin (gatifloxacin) in patients with diabetes.

In January, we told you about the many reports of hyper- and hypoglycemia associated with Tequin...especially in diabetes patients.

Health Canada is now saying that Tequin shouldn't be used at all in diabetes patients...and that they are still reviewing more data.
