You'll soon see a new inhaler called Alvesco on your shelves.
It's ciclesonide...the same drug in Omnaris nasal spray. It will be used in patients with asthma or other lung diseases.
Alvesco may be better tolerated by some patients than similar meds, but it's only approved for people 12 years or older.
