Reps will promote Natroba (nah-TRO-buh, spinosad), a new Rx topical suspension for head lice.

They will point out that Natroba seems to work better than OTC permethrin (Nix, etc) at killing lice and nits.

But this comes at a cost. Natroba costs $220...compared to about $10 to $20 for Nix or $160 for malathion (Ovide, etc).
