if they should stop taking Diane-35 or its generics now that they will be taken off the market in France

Please see Health Canada's April 2014 safety review of Diane-35

Women are asking if they should stop taking Diane-35 or its generics now that they will be taken off the market in France.

Diane-35 (cyproterone acetate/ethinyl estradiol) is used for women with severe acne...when oral antibiotics and other treatments have failed.

Diane-35 contains hormones similar to those in oral contraceptives...but isn't approved for contraception.
