Searle is now marketing a new once-daily NSAID called Daypro (oxaprozin)...for rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
Daypro is structurally similar to ibuprofen, ketoprofen, etc. These drugs all have similar efficacy and side effects.
The main difference is that Daypro has a long half-life... about 50 hours.
