Preliminary evidence suggests that riboflavin (vitamin B2)helps prevent migraines. On average, it reduces the frequency ofmigraines from four attacks a month to two.
Researchers are using HIGH doses...400 mg/day of riboflavin.
This is over 200 times higher than the RDA...but toxicityisn't likely in people with normal kidney function.
