Another new drug for Parkinson's has just hit the market...Mirapex (pramipexole) from Boehringer Ingelheim.

Mirapex is similar to Requip (ropinirole).

They're both dopamine agonists...but more selective than Permax (pergolide) and Parlodel (bromocriptine).
