Health Canada is warning about serious skin reactions with Trileptal (oxcarbazepine).
Trileptal is used as monotherapy or adjunctive therapy for partial seizures in adults and children over 6 years.
Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis have occurred in both adults and children taking Trileptal.
