  You may hear about the new HIV drug, Isentress (raltegravir).

  This is the second new HIV drug to be approved recently and is the first in a new class of medications...integrase inhibitors.

  But you won't dispense Isentress much in the pharmacy yet. It will only be used as an "add-on" to other medicines in patients with HIV that is resistant to multiple drugs.
