The DEA now allows prescribers to write multiple C-II Rxs on the same day, for the same patient and drug...for up to a 90-day supply.

This is important for patients who need a continuous supply of these potent C-II meds such as morphine and amphetamines. They won't need the monthly doctor's appointment just to get new Rxs.

Prescribers must indicate the earliest date you can fill each Rx.
