Can women take an "ACE inhibitor" or "ARB" for high blood pressure during pregnancy?

Warnings in product labelling caution that taking ACE inhibitors (lisinopril, etc) or ARBs (candesartan, etc) for hypertension in the second or third trimesters of pregnancy can cause serious harm to a developing baby.
