We're getting questions about using inhaled steroids, colchicine, or fluvoxamine to treat outpatients with COVID-19.
Inhaled steroids (budesonide, etc) and oral colchicine are getting buzz for their anti-inflammatory effects...and the antidepressant fluvoxamine (Luvox) may help regulate the immune response.
