Watch for the New Insulin Device, InsuJet

You’ll hear chatter about InsuJet, the first needle-free insulin injection device for patients 6 years and up with diabetes in Canada.

InsuJet uses a high-pressure jet mechanism to deposit insulin directly through the skin into the subcutaneous tissue.

It lowers blood glucose to the same degree as needle injections...but has a faster onset and controls post-meal blood glucose more quickly.
