Think of Aubagio as similar to Gilenya (fingolimod) and Tecfidera (dimethyl fumarate). All work to reduce disease relapses.

Expect some patients to receive Aubagio instead of Gilenya or Tecfidera. Aubagio doesn't carry the same heart risks as Gilenya...and is dosed once daily instead of twice daily like Tecfidera.
